Stollen

The Jane Parker Stollen is packed full of delicious, high quality ingredients. Made with such fine ingredients including golden and dark raisins, dried cranberries, crystallized ginger, and candied orange and lemon peel.  Soaked in rum for 3 months before being blended with nutmeg, coarse black pepper, cardamom and whole almonds. A rope of specially prepared house-made marzipan runs the length of each loaf and is then individually shaped by hand. After baking, each loaf is dipped in melted sweet-cream butter, rolled in granulated sugar and finished with a drift of confectioners’ sugar.
