All major carriers are experiencing extreme delays due to covid

All major carriers are experiencing major delays due to the pandemic. the united states post office website states the following:

"ALERT: USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AND REMAIN COMMITTED TO DELIVERING THE HOLIDAYS TO YOU."

while your tracking may show "shipping label generated" or "awaiting shipment", please note that your pacakge has left our facility on the day it  stated in your order. 

if you would like to be added to the usps database to be alerted any time your package is scanned by the us post office so you can better trace your package, please do the following:

from your email: locate the tracking number associated with your order

copy the tracking number and enter it into usps.com on the home page there will be a large blue box stating track your holiday package

once the page loads you will see an option to "text and email updates"

check all the boxes and enter your email and or cell number

click get updates a the bottom of the screen

you will now be notified any time your package has been scanned along the way to its destination.
